I'm really passionate about helping young girls build a healthy, positive relationship with food and their bodies. Many are influenced by unrealistic messages that lead them to eat too little or feel guilty about food.
My goal is to help them understand that eating well isn’t about eating less—it’s about fueling their bodies so they can feel strong, energised, and confident. I want to shift the focus from restriction to nourishment, and from self-criticism to self-respect.
Through supportive education, I aim to help young girls trust their hunger, feel good about their food choices, and appreciate their bodies for all they can do.

My passion lies in sports nutrition, where I help athletes and active individuals fuel their performance with practical and sustainable advice. My approach to nutrition cuts through the confusion and fads out there, focusing on creating personalised plans that actually fit your lifestyle. No extremes, just realistic goals that help you feel your best!'

Initial Consultation
In your first session, we’ll chat about your background, lifestyle, eating habits, and what you’re hoping to achieve.
From there, I’ll put together a personalised nutrition plan that fits around your goals and day-to-day routine. I’ll email it through to you after our consult so you can take your time looking over it.
Review Appointments
These follow-up sessions are all about keeping things moving in the right direction. We’ll tweak your plan if needed, talk through any challenges, and keep that motivation going strong as you work towards your goals.
